OUR PROMISE

Our products are always handmade in workshops not sweatshops, by adult crafts people who are always paid a fair price for their skills.

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If an item breaks or fails on account of materials or craftsmanship within 12 months of purchase we will repair it or replace it. This does not apply to misuse or cases of neglect.

To arrange a return please email us on info@redleathers.co.uk and we will advise you how to return the product to us.
